He was more thrilled with the candy cane Santa brought then he was the books he got from the jolly old fellow.

We encountered this contraption, I mean saddle, when we went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse. Declan wanted nothing to do with it but Carson seemed to enjoy it.
How long is Declan's hair?
Well, if I leave the shampoo in it for awhile I can get it to stand up. It's pretty long.
Carson's favorite thing to do these days.....make silly faces. And Declan being amused by it all.
Carson sitting in the WAY back of grandpa's car trying to stay warm and watch cartoons. It was 14 below in Fargo on Saturday when we got there. Brrrrrrr!!
And Carson's turn.
Declan was highly entertained by the sugar packets when we went out to eat this weekend.
We had to ride a bus to get to the hockey game. Carson was thrilled and may have had more fun doing that then watching the game.
Go Gophers!!!
Memorized by hockey. We had to let grandpa sit by us even though he was dressed in Sioux colors. Some people are so misguided. ;-)
Hanging out at the hockey game.
Reading a story by the fireplace.
Such a cutie.
Who knew he had eyes on his forehead!
He loves the binoculars.
Carson threw all his animals in Declan's bed the other morning and he curled right up.
Making his phone calls for the morning. Who needs to wear the feet?
Being silly while out to eat. And a mess too.
Mr. Hockey.
Taking a seat in the first snowfall of the year.
Dad showed them what Lefse is and guess what they like it. Hmm, potato bread stuff with sugar and cinnamon on it....what's not to like?
We got our Christmas decorations this weekend and there seems to be a few decorations that have caught their attention. Too bad its the LOUD noise making ones. ARGH! This one only plays ONE song....We wish you a Merry Christmas....over and over and over again.
We also went to get the tree.
Carson helped Daddy get it on the trailer. He wanted to ride on the trailer on the way home and "hold" the tree on there. It was a knock down drag out fight to get him in the car.
Putting up the ornaments.
Not touching is a hard thing to learn around the tree.
Trying so desperately to NOT touch it.
Mr. Santa!
